Q. When is check-in and check-out?
A. Check-in Time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11am. NO EXCEPTIONS
Most weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. You may check-in between 2pm and 5pm Check-out time is 11am. All keys must be returned to the Agency by 11am.
Q. Can I check-in Early?
A. Unfortunately, no. The owners need to prepare the property for your stay.
Q. Do we rent to groups?
A. All of our owners have chosen to rent to families only at this time.
Q. Do we have pet rentals?
A. We have only a few owners that will accept pets. Please call for availability.
Q. How do I pay for my rental?
A. When your Lease is prepared, a payment schedule is arranged. The final payment will be due 3 weeks prior to your check-in. We accept personal checks for these payments (3 weeks prior to check-in). We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Q. What are the fees?
A. The cost to rent a property include the rent, processing fee and damage deposit. There are currently NO applicable taxes associated with renting a home in Sea Isle.
Q. What is the check-in procedure?
A. Check-in can be quick and easy. NJ Realty offers EXPRESS CHECK-IN - curbside in front of our office - for those Tenants that have prepaid in full. At 2pm on the day of your arrival, you will be given two sets of keys for the property, along with helpful information and our GOODIE BAG!
Q. What if I have an Unpaid Balance?
A. You are MUCH better off paying your balance in advance - this will speed-up your check-in process. If you do have a balance the day of check-in, payment must be made in FULL via cash, certified check or money order. No keys will be disbursed unless the balance is paid in full, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Q. What will I need to bring?
A. Linens and towels are not included. The bed sizes of your unit can be found on your Lease, so you will know what linen sizes you will need.
Q. Are beach tags provided?
A. No, although some owners may provide them as a courtesy. Check your unit upon arrival. If they are provided, please be sure to leave them for the next family.
Q. Where can I get beach tags?
A. You can simply buy them from the beach tag officers at the entrance to the beach or those that approach you on the beach. You can also go to:

In Ocean City; City Hall at 9th & Asbury Ave, Ocean City Music Pier or at the Municipal Building at 46th & West Ave.
Q. How can I reserve for next year?
A. If you are content with your rental unit, we strongly advise reserving it for next year before you leave. Reservation forms are available in our office. Your security deposit can be used to hold the reservation.
*All reservations are subject to Owner's final approval.
Q. Security Deposits
A. Damage deposits are mailed out within 30 days from the day you checked out.
Q. Cleaning
A. All rental units are inspected by the property owners or their service before your occupancy. You are required to leave the unit clean when you vacate. This includes removing trash , as well as wiping down the kitchen and bathrooms and running the vacuum. Also, please remember to empty the refrigerator and remove all personal items. If you have excess trash or recycling, you can bring them to the drop-off area. In Sea Isle: beneath the bridge on JFK Blvd on your way out of town. In Ocean City: at the Shelter Rd facility off of Tennessee Avenue.

* Clean off gas grill when finished using (while hot )
Q. Is telephone service included?
A. Most rental units include local telephone service. Long distance service is generally not included, but can be performed with a calling card.
Q. Can I access the internet?
A. Some, but not all rental units provide internet access. However, NJ Realty provides FREE internet access in our office to our customers. If your rental unit does not provide internet access and you would like (24/7) internet access, there is a local service that provides mobile broadband internet service: www.surfnetocnj.com
Q. What are your hours?
A. Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm. Our Sea Isle City office is closed on Wednesdays (Available by appointment).
